基于ANSYS Workbench的液压支架Y形密封圈有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis for Hydraulic Support Y-Sealing Ring Sealing Performance with ANSYS Workbench

摘要: 用有限元软件建立了Y形密封圈轴对称有限元分析模型,对模拟装配的应力应变进行了分析。研究分析了Y形密封圈在不同压缩率和不同载荷下的应力应变,通过有限元软件算出了不同压缩率和载荷下的应力应变云图。通过对密封圈不同应力应变云图的对比分析,得出了密封圈与压缩率和载荷之间的密封规律。为了避免下唇边被挤入间隙,对形密封圈进行了优化分析。对动密封结构的有限元分析,动密封件的设计安装具有参考价值。

Abstract: The finite element analysis model of rubber Y-Sealing ring is established by the finite element software. Installation mode of stress and strain distribution of the seal ring is analyzed. Analyses the stress and strain of Y-Sealing ring under different loads and different compression ratios. The stress and strain under different compression ratios and loads are calculated by finite element software. The regularity of seal between compression ratio and load is obtained by the analysis and contrast to different stresses and strain contours. The optimization analysis was carried out on Y-Sealing ring for the purpose of avoiding the lower lip is packed into the clearance. The sealing structure finite element analysis can do certain theoretical reference value to the design and installation of the seals.
